From The Fields & The Earth

Our dishes feature seasonal fruits, vegetables, roots & greens from our local farms that are within a 50 mile radius of our kitchen. These farms follow beyond-organic farming methods to produce the most nourishing, flavorful and clean plant ingredients we can ask for.  For ingredients not available from a local farm we source organic certified and sustainably produced ingredients that are also non-GMO certified.

Prices are per 1 cup portions unless otherwise noted.

Minimum order is 4 portions per menu item.
