Prices listed for culinary events include the event, the food served at the event, beverage as appropriate to the event, service and recipe information provided at the event. California 7.25% sales tax will be applied to all purchased tickets.
For Farm Tour Events:
Cancelations made 5 days prior to the farm tour event date can be refunded or rescheduled to another tour event. All other cancelations will not be refunded. If you can not attend on the day of the event please send a friend in your place.
For Ticketed Culinary Events:
Tickets purchased for culinary events will be refunded in full, minus any credit card transaction fees that were incurred in the original purchase, if cancelation is made at least 5 days prior to the event. Any cancelations made 2 to 4 days prior to the event will be offered store credit or the option to reschedule to another culinary event. Any cancelations made the day before or the day of an event will not be refunded nor offered any credit. This refund policy is unique because each culinary event is unique. We prepare menu items specifically for each culinary event that is scheduled for the exact quantity of guests that are registered to attend.
If you can not attend a culinary event that you are registered for feel free to send a friend in your place!!
For Food Items and Cooking Tools Sold at Purple Spoon:
Sales on all Food Items are final; if a blatant defect of the food product can be detected we will accept it as a return and issue a store credit. Sales for Cooking Tools will be accepted for a full refund if the product is unused and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be made in person. Mailing the item for return will not be honored unless specifically arranged with the company’s owner.
Purple Spoon does NOT ship any items at this time. Purchased tickets for culinary events will issue an email confirmation that you can bring with you to the event, but printing is not necessary since we have an electronic roster for each event. If you purchase any of our food or cooking tools items from the website you can pick them up in store when you arrive for a registered event or if you stop by the store at a schedule time. Our hours at Purple Spoon are sporadic and based on when culinary events are scheduled. Our store front is only open to the general public for the set hours of Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11am – 2pm and Wednesday 11am – 6pm. Please call ahead to schedule a specific time to shop or purchase items if it does not coincide with a pre-scheduled culinary event or our posted store hours.
