Join us to learn the differences and benefits of Sprouts and MicroGreens at this unique, hands-on culinary experience. Rachel Shemenski of Florida MicroGreens will kick off the class with a lesson in Sprouting where each guest will start their own jar of seeds to take home. Rob Epple of Florida MicroGreens picks up the next part of the class with his brilliant MicroGreens 101 to decode the health benefits and ease of growing your own microgreens at home. Chef Kristina San Filippo of Purple Spoon takes over leading us on the final part of this culinary adventure ~ Cooking with MicroGreens and Knife Skills. For the healthfully indulgent side to the gathering, we will present a live cooking demo for a 2-course seasonally focused dinner paired with wines. The menu will be the chef’s whimsical creations from what are the most stellar ingredients available that day. This unique event has limited seating.
