Blueberry, Banana & Yogurt Smoothie
Recipe makes 2 smoothies
5 ounces Frozen Wild Blueberries (usually come in a 10 ounce bag) OR 1 pint Fresh Wild Blueberries
1 cup Ice Cubes
1 cup Yogurt
***Use regular Cow’s Milk Yogurt or use Goat’s Milk Yogurt for those who have difficulty digesting lactose.
Combine all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
Add any of the following, or a mixture of them, to the above smoothie for a more complex flavor:
Zest and Juice of 1 Orange
Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
½ tsp Vanilla Paste
1 or 2 tsp Agave Nectar OR Honey
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
